Job Description

About the Role:

This is a managerial cum support position that entails overseeing numerous Subject Experts and collaborating closely with other Subject Administrators in accordance with project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality question banks for assessments by creating content such as multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in general knowledge & current affairs.
  • Structure and design question banks, establish quality standards for writing and review in respective domains.
  • Track inventory and maintain optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • SME Management:
  • Define selection criteria and strategy.
  • Monitor SME performance quality.
  • Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects.
  • Coordinate with SMEs for all test development activities.
  • Test Designing: create test designs in subjects of expertise and coordinate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Support Lead Subject Admin in delivering projects and other organizational requirements.
  • Analyze post-exam questions and report to higher management.

Qualifications:

  • Subject competency in school subjects up to 12th level as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broader understanding of Indian education systems and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in education sector related to assessment & evaluation – test designs/blueprints, question development.
  • Good command over English (written and spoken).
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.
