Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Virtual Event Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of webinars that engage our audience, promote our products, and support lead generation.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about virtual events and looking to grow in a dynamic B2B environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive webinar plan that aligns with marketing objectives, including identifying target audiences and creating relevant, engaging webinar topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content, overseeing the webinar lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Manage technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting, conducting rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement, working closely with the marketing team to align webinar themes with campaigns and goals.
  • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback to measure webinar success, generating regular performance reports for internal stakeholders, continuously improving webinar content, format, and delivery based on audience feedback and data insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (ON24) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences.
