
Calendar Manager

The Calendar Manager and Scheduler is a highly organized role responsible for planning and coordinating complex scheduling needs across teams or for executive leadership. The ideal candidate ensures efficient calendar management, optimizes meeting schedules, and proactively resolves conflicts.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage daily calendars for subject matter experts, consultants, and team members to ensure seamless coordination.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events while minimizing time conflicts and maximizing productivity.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to arrange logistics such as meeting rooms and video conferencing links.
- Monitor and adjust calendar events in response to shifting priorities.
- Communicate schedule changes promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular reports on key calendar events and their duration.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in project coordination, project management scheduling, or executive assistance roles.
- Proficiency with calendar and scheduling tools such as Google Calendar, Outlook, or Calendly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly.
- Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining high levels of discretion and professionalism.
