We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site role that will be responsible for managing client accounts and relationships, creating and delivering presentations, providing customer service, and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing key client accounts taking ownership of deliverables whilst following client delivery processes through interaction with clients and the creative team
  • Client coordination and quality-control of projects like campaigns and other content creation assets as per agreed timelines
  • Receiving client briefings, analysing the client's input together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc.
  • Coordinating and planning for pre-shoot, on-shoot, and post-shoot activities
  • Managing the digital marketing and social media content calendar every month
  • Making strong PowerPoint presentations
  • Planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns for both AuraKomms & AuraShots
  • Managing social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) with engaging content and regular updates
  • Running and optimising paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Client Services, Client Relations, Digital Marketing, and Account Management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0-2 years of related work experience in a similar industry

  • Digital marketing tools
  • Advertising or media industry experience
  • Fluency in multiple languages
