We are seeking an exceptional leader to helm a high-performing telesales team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional responsible for driving the team to exceed sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance feedback. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales techniques to ensure both individual and team success.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks- Lead and motivate a telesales team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Provide regular coaching, training, and constructive performance feedback to team members.
- Monitor sales calls to enhance sales techniques, ensure quality, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and implement effective strategies for improvement.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets and foster a positive, high-energy work environment.
- Ensure all team members are proficient in sales processes and product knowledge.
- Proven experience in insurance tele sales is essential.
- Prior experience in a leadership or team management position.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- A deep understanding of tele sales best practices and regulatory requirements.
- The ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
