Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dedicated Junior Telesales Executive to join our team in Chennai on a full-time basis The ideal candidate will have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in telemarketing and sales and should be adept in voice processes Proficiency in Kannada and Telugu is required for this position As a part of our dynamic team you will be pivotal in driving sales and enhancing customer relationships Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a telesales or telemarketing role demonstrating strong sales skills and a clear understanding of sales processes Proficiency in Kannada and Telugu is essential for effective communication with a diverse customer base Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential customers in meaningful conversations that drive sales outcomes Experience in a voice process environment with excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team showcasing strong interpersonal skills and adaptability A keen aptitude for multitasking managing deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency Must possess strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics reflecting both individual and team achievements Roles and Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales Engage with customers in both Kannada and Telugu to address their needs and present tailored solutions Follow up on leads manage customer inquiries and convert prospects into clients through effective sales strategies Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement successful sales tactics and strategies Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets consistently striving to exceed expectations Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to the management team to enhance service offerings Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively position services in the market
