We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
3. Conduct thorough research on potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
4. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
5. Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in telesales, account management, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
