Job Title Product AdvisorLocation Chennai We are looking for passionate and dynamic Product Advisors to join our team in Chennai The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills both in Tamil and English with a strong background in telesales As a Product Advisor you will be responsible for handling customer queries providing product information and driving sales over the phone Key Responsibilities - Engage with customers through outbound calls to provide product information and answer queries - Convert inquiries into sales by understanding customer needs and offering suitable products - Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure high customer satisfaction - Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets - Follow up with prospective customers for feedback and repeat sales Requirements - Languages Must be fluent in Tamil and have excellent spoken and written English - Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales - Qualification HSC Higher Secondary Certificate passed - Salary 15 000 to 20 000 INR in-hand - Shifts 6-day work week with 1 rotational week off between Monday and Friday Skills Required - Strong telesales and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve sales targets - Good problem-solving abilities and customer-centric approach ref updazz com
