Job Overview

As a key member of the Adept Fluidyne Pvt. Ltd. team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales growth programs for our products and solutions in the region. This role requires a passion for sales and knowledge of flow measurement technologies, such as Magnetic flow meters and Ultrasonic flow meters, to drive business growth and exceed order bookings targets.

Main Responsibilities

  • Exceed annual budget and goal as defined by management.
  • Build and maintain a funnel of opportunities to support order forecasting and planning.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, account plans, competitor intelligence, and business development plans.
  • Work closely with product managers, inside sales engineers, and customer care teams to drive sales pursuits.
  • Responsible for maintaining existing business and developing new accounts.
  • Grow business working closely with EPC / General Contractors, Bid EPC Projects related to Flow Products & Systems, and key consultants for approvals.
  • Develop Channel Partner / Dealers Business in the region.
  • Provide necessary technocommercial support to exceed business targets.
  • Develop a business plan to achieve goals and review successes and challenges, revising objectives as needed on a quarterly basis.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering, MBA preferred but not required.
  • More than 6 years' experience in handling Flow Instrumentation Business.
