Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. As a senior sales professional, you will play a key role in driving business expansion through strategic sales planning and execution.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in B2B IT services sales/consulting, with a proven track record of closing mid-to-large enterprise deals. They have a strong understanding of cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, ERP, or digital transformation services and experience selling in both Indian and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current sales process and identify bottlenecks delaying closures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reach decision makers (CXOs, VPs, Procurement heads).
  • Design qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDICC, etc.) for consistent pipeline management.
  • Structure and package service offerings into PoCs, pilots, and tiered proposals that encourage faster sign-off.
  • Train internal sales & account teams on effective discovery, pitching, and follow-up.
  • Support international expansion with tailored messaging for US/EU markets vs Indian markets.
  • Build case studies, ROI-driven collateral, and executive-level decks.
  • Advise on CRM discipline (HubSpot/Zoho) and automation of follow-ups.
  • Provide mentorship on sales cadence, negotiation, and closing techniques.
