Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM software.
  • Handle customer queries and objections with patience and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members and report sales insights to the manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tele sales or a related sales role.
  • Exceptional communication skills clear, persuasive, and engaging.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Polite and customer-friendly attitude at all times.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
