Job Title: Sales and Business Development Expert
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
- New Business Development: Proactively source and penetrate new markets, identify potential customers, and develop strategies to acquire new business.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with customers at all levels, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Performance Metrics: Ensure timely collections, on-time in-full fulfillment rate of 99%+, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of wires, cables, and switchgears.
- Languages: Good hold on regional language.
- Customer Skills: Excellent customer relationship management skills.
