The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, supporting our core insurance processes and delivering high-quality service to stakeholders. As an Administrative Assistant in Insurance Operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our operational excellence.
Job Description:Our team is seeking an experienced and skilled administrative professional to manage data entry, data cleansing, and quality control of client and business partner information with precision. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and attention to detail.
You will be responsible for executing submission logging duties with precision, achieving a seamless month-end close process, and maintaining policy data. You will also foster collaboration across teams, ensure timely weekly/monthly reporting as required, and liaise with other departments as necessary.
- Accurate Data Entry: Understand customer requests and input accurate information into relevant IT systems.
- Ownership and Collaboration: Take full ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve collective targets.
- Effective Communication: Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.
Key Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Previous work experience in a relevant industry (not mandatory).
- Computer skills; ability to work in MS Office systems is an added advantage.
- Good analytical skills, decision making, attention to detail, and business process orientation.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts.
