About the Role - We are seeking an experienced sales professional with up to 5-10 years of experience to join our Field Services Sales team. This individual will be responsible for prospecting target accounts for new business, maintaining an existing territory of business, and establishing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrofitting and revamping UPS and cooling units
- Data center consulting and modernization
- IoT-based asset management
- Install base management
- Forecasting weekly bookings, billing, and collections
Requirements - The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in EEE or ECE, with an MBA in marketing being an added advantage. Key skills include:
- Self-motivation and ability to meet targets
- Agility in meeting 2-3 customers daily in the field
- A consultative selling approach
- Strong techno-commercial knowledge of UPS and PAC systems
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking capability
Estimated Salary Range - ₹8,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Location: Chennai.
