Job Title: Senior HRIS Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS implementation, with experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet. They should possess excellent configuration skills and be able to lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Implementation: The selected candidate will lead the implementation of EC, including data modeling, foundation objects, MDF objects, associations, propagations, position management, business rules, people profiles, UI configurations, workflows, notifications, HRIS sync, custom portlets, RBPs, and reporting.
  • Solution Validation: They will ensure that the implemented solution meets the business requirements and is compatible with existing systems.
  • Configuration Expertise: Strong configuration skills are essential for this role, with a focus on data models, foundation objects, and MDF objects.
  • Leadership: The candidate should be able to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills are required to address any implementation challenges.
  • Integration Knowledge: Basic knowledge of integration within SF Modules like ONB, Recruitment, and LMS is necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core, Time Off & Timesheet.
  • Configuration Skills: Strong configuration skills in EC are essential.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
