Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Internal Control Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in conducting internal control reviews, identifying process improvements, and implementing risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive internal control reviews across functional areas to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective control processes and corrective actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process simplification, standardization, and automation initiatives.
  • Analyze accounting documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to location management teams during operational and financial audits.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant certification with at least 8 years of experience in internal audit or accounting audit roles, preferably in a Big 4 environment.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
