The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical business analysis, preferably in the fintech or banking sector. You will oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring features align with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write detailed user stories and provide technical specifications for custom development and system integration changes as part of bank-wide projects or change requests
  • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members to understand business needs and design appropriate solutions
  • Act as one of the main contacts for the Core banking application vendor for incident management and change support for business services in the responsibility
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process flows, data models, and detailed functional designs.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in technical business analysis, preferably in the fintech/banking sector or similar startup or fast-paces environment
  • Excellent analytical, networking, and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to understand and integrate various aspects and requirements from a holistic perspective
  • Ability to operate effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment across different geographies
