Project Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned Implementation Project Manager to spearhead our Payroll & SaaS implementation projects. As a vital member of our team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within designated timelines while ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, ensuring seamless project delivery. This role involves defining project objectives, developing detailed project plans, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

The Project Manager will maintain proactive communication, mitigate project risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, scope documents, and requirement specifications.
  • Ensure all project artifacts are stored in a structured and accessible format, adhering to internal documentation standards.
  • Document key decisions, action items, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain version control for all project-related documents, ensuring alignment with changes in project scope and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in end-to-end global payroll implementations project management
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred
