Senior SAP Application Lead

The role of Senior SAP Application Lead is critical to our organization's success, as it involves leading the design, build, and configuration of applications with a strong focus on SAP Project System (PS).

As an experienced professional in this field, you will be responsible for driving collaboration across teams, overseeing application development, and ensuring successful project delivery that aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Project System (PS), providing expert guidance and support to team members.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions.
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate training and skill development opportunities for team members.
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience.
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS.
  • Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules and cross-functional integrations.
