Senior Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead an international project with our global team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Manage projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes;
    • Foster collaboration among team members through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;
    • Develop and implement agile methodologies to enhance team efficiency and productivity;
    • Identify and resolve obstacles hindering the team's progress;
    • Utilize Azure DevOps dashboards to monitor team performance and ensure alignment with project goals;
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field;
    • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
    • +5 years of experience in Agile project management focusing on iterative and flexible delivery;
    • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
    • Proficiency in PeopleSoft is an advantage;
    • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies;
    • Ability to remove impediments and drive project execution forward;
    • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a collaborative work environment;
    • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication;
