This position oversees the entire change lifecycle, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and ITSM frameworks. The successful candidate will develop and maintain a comprehensive change management strategy, conduct post-implementation reviews, and provide continuous improvement plans for failed changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a change management strategy aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the change lifecycle, including risk assessments, scheduling, coordination, and execution.
- Conduct thorough post-implementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of experience in IT operations and change management.
- Strong knowledge of middleware technologies, including IBM WebSphere MQ, Kafka, WebLogic, Tomcat, and Oracle.
- In-depth experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, and familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills to manage cross-platform change requests and schedules.
