Job Description

  • Our company is undergoing a finance transformation, and we need someone to lead this change. You will work closely with the Head of Finance Transformation to design and deploy a roadmap for transitions/projects. Your goal will be to ensure that all terminals are following the finance blueprint with minimal exceptions.
  • You will be responsible for managing end-to-end transitions/projects for designated regions, terminals, verticals, and business segments. This includes creating and maintaining business cases, developing comprehensive plans, and conducting regular meetings with stakeholders to track project progress.
  • As a key member of our team, you will identify, escalate, manage, and mitigate project-specific risks. You will also perform quality control throughout development and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Another important aspect of your role will be to develop and implement plans to manage change. You will lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities including communication and training. You will also monitor and assess the impact of change on employees/processes.
