Guest Services Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service is provided to our guests.

  • Responsibilities:

    1. Review arrival lists and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.

    2. Provide exceptional service to special guests, including VIPs, by addressing their inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

    3. Prepare welcome folders with area descriptions and other collateral to enhance the guest experience.

    4. Offer information about amenities, areas, and venues, while promoting our services and facilities.

    5. Anticipate and meet the needs of guests, building strong relationships and rapport through excellent communication skills.

    6. Assist with tasks such as confirming travel arrangements and taking messages, ensuring seamless communication.

    7. Address customer complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Guest Relations Manager when necessary.

  • Record important information in the logbook daily, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications.
