Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming, personalized experience from arrival to departure Assist guests with inquiries related to menu, retail products, store layout, and brand philosophy Handle billing, orders, and product exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, aiming for complete satisfaction Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, including café tables and retail counters Upsell products and experiences mindfully, keeping customer needs and preferences in mind Capture feedback and relay insights to the management team for continuous improvement
