Job Title: Human Resources Partner

About the Role:

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Alignment:
      • Work collaboratively with leadership to align HR strategies, policies, and programs with the school's mission and educational goals.
      • Talent Management:
        • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development to ensure a qualified and skilled workforce.
        • Employee Relations:
          • Serve as a point of contact for employee issues, handle grievances, conduct investigations, and promote a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
          • Compliance and Risk Management:
            • Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and education industry standards to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
            • Workforce Planning:
              • Analyze workforce data to identify future talent needs, plan for staff growth, and develop succession plans to support organizational success.
              • Training and Development:
                • Support training needs identification and partner with the Learning and Development team to implement effective training programs.
                • Engagement Initiatives:
                  • Drive programs fostering a motivated and engaged workforce through recognition and rewards initiatives.
                  • HR Analytics:
                    • Use data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide recommendations to optimize HR processes and improve business outcomes.
                    • Change Management:
                      • Assist with implementing new processes and technologies, helping staff adapt to organizational changes and ensuring a smooth transition.
