We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing & Claims Specialist with dental insurance experience. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

The key responsibilities of this position include preparing and submitting dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner, posting insurance and patient payments in practice management systems, following up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure resolution, and communicating with dental offices, insurance companies, and patients as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in dental billing and insurance claims
  • Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Open Dental, Eaglesoft, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
