ServiceNow Technical Support Expert

We are seeking an experienced technical support specialist to provide exceptional service and ensure the smooth operation of our ServiceNow environment.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT service management principles, and general IT operations. This role involves troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests, and ensuring the continuous delivery of high-quality services to end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, working closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and system upgrades, ensuring the platform remains stable and operational.
  • Provide exceptional support to end-users, addressing their questions and concerns regarding the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required
  • 5 years of experience in Information Technology operations
  • Experience with ServiceNow, help desk processes, applications, networking, Office 365, and Azure
  • Familiarity with IT security policies
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
