Senior ServiceNow Professional Leader

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead the growth of a successful ServiceNow delivery unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business strategy aligned with our goals, driving innovation and excellence.
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions to clients worldwide.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities, expand existing accounts, and leverage upselling/cross-selling capabilities to fuel business growth.
  • Maintain expertise in ServiceNow ecosystem, industry trends, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of experience in IT services, with 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leadership role.
  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform, company roadmap, and product capabilities.
  • Proven track record in handling global responsibilities and multiple account management with profit and loss (P&L) oversight.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dedicated ServiceNow technical/functional expert with a strong network.
  • Previous sales experience in international markets, leveraging relationships to drive business expansion.
