Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions. This role requires at least 4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and SPM related Integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to developer tasks, ServiceNow support and sparring with process managers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge on standard IT technologies and 4+ years of development experience in ServiceNow.
  • Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality products to our users.
  • Monitor day to day technical tasks to deliver them on time.
Technical Skills Required:
  • Development experience in SPM and related Integrations.
  • Implementing of Demand, Project, Resource & Time Management sub-modules.
  • Strong experience in Integration, Data source and Transform maps.
  • Implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and data transformations to streamline processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality, performance, and security.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using web services, APIs, and other technologies.
  • Configuring ServiceNow workflows and forms, Scripts.
  • Creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • User Management including groups, users, roles, ACLs, etc.
  • Establish and maintain data integrations to ensure accuracy and consistency.

This role will involve designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our users. You will work closely with our product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality products to our users.
