Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Specialist with deep expertise in implementing and optimizing the ITOM suite, including CSDM, CMDB, and Discovery modules. The ideal candidate will bring strategic insight, technical proficiency, and a consultative mindset to drive digital transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, CSDM)
  • Design and maintain robust CMDB architecture aligned with CSDM standards
  • Configure and optimize Discovery probes and patterns for accurate infrastructure mapping
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, etc.)
  • Conduct gap analysis, data normalization, and reconciliation strategies for CMDB health
