Job Title: Senior ServiceNow IT Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM).

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. They will also be able to articulate the business value of proposed solutions and demonstrate how ServiceNow can improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirements gathering and document business requirements and functional needs through workshops, interviews, and meetings.
  • Design and tailor ServiceNow solutions to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommending solutions and improvements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Create user stories, process documentation, training materials, and other relevant documentation to support implementations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
  • A good understanding of Sales and Order Management process followed in organizations.
  • Experience in designing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow SOM module as per organizations' SOM process.
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, security, performance, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
