  • Verify compliance and ensure solicitation is carried out by authorized persons only.
  • Resolve customer grievances within 14 days.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA or professional qualifications preferred).
  • Training & Certification:

50 hours of training + passing the prescribed IRDAI exam.

25 hours of training + exam for recognized professionals.

Certification valid for 3 years.

  • Meet minimum capital requirements, obtain professional indemnity insurance, and submit a fit & proper declaration.
