
Senior Customer Service Representative

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Experience Specialist.
This role will play a vital part in ensuring a positive customer journey, handling customer calls, following up with customers regularly, resolving issues, and collecting feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction via emails, calls, and chat channels.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively is a plus.
Strong fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
