Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned Technical Support Professional, you will be responsible for managing customer application environments, ensuring optimal performance and stability. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Your expertise in Infor Lawson and Infor M3 administration, along with your ability to collaborate with vendors and service management teams, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer application environments, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues opened by customers.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service management teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Implement changes and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Infor Lawson & Infor M3 administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux/AIX administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with configuring auto/schedule jobs and troubleshooting job-related logs.
  • Strong understanding of LDAP and user setup/maintenance.
  • ITIL v4 Foundations certification.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Infor Cloudsuite, ION, Infor OS.
  • Websphere installation and maintenance.
  • Lawson Security Administrator, Lawson MS addins, Infor Spreadsheet designer.
  • Azure Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) setup and configuration.
  • Streamserve, MEC deployments administration.
  • BSI installs and configurations.
  • YE CTP installs.
