Job Opportunity: HR Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring top talent.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including setting KPIs, appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as training programs and performance incentives.
  • Handle employee grievances and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Contribute to strategic HR projects, such as workforce planning and organizational development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to HR issues.
