
Senior Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Human Resources Director. This position involves leading and managing HR teams, driving the development and implementation of HR strategies, and fostering a positive company culture.
Job Description:This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy development. They will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives, overseeing recruitment and selection processes, and designing programs to boost employee morale and motivation.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and managing performance evaluation systems, providing coaching and feedback to employees and managers, and handling employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Additionally, they will be responsible for analyzing HR data to inform business decisions and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar senior HR role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong understanding of labor legislation and employment standards
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives and programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
