Job Overview

As a seasoned AI Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects within our team's portfolio.

  • Manage the full project life cycle using Agile methodologies to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage SNOW (ServiceNow) IT service ticket management system queue for AIPS products, resolving and triaging user issues, and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical challenges, contribute to solution design, and ensure effective implementation.
  • Proactively track project progress, identify and manage risks, and provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on analytics and AI-related projects.
  • Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (SNOW), or any IT service ticket management system, including queue management and issue resolution.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and AI concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
