Job Title: AI Technology DirectorJob Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence (AI) leader to oversee the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI technologies across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in AI, machine learning, and data engineering, with a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering business value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for AI-related projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven growth and implement AI-based solutions that meet business needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on AI technologies, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions using AI and machine learning techniques.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12-15 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience leading/managing AI-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Proven ability to take successful, complex ideas from experimentation to production.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in leading, motivating & inspiring teams to foster collaboration.
  • Proficient in identifying, assessing, and calling out risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementing process improvements and learning from past projects to enhance future performance.
  • Ability to analyze external and internal processes and create strategies for service delivery optimization.
