Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement AI-native architectures aligned with our VISTA Framework, utilizing GenAI models, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks.

  2. Collaborate with data engineers and domain SMEs to bring real-time intelligence into production, ensuring data readiness, quality, and security for enterprise adoption.

  3. Build and scale modern data platforms (end-to-end integrations, pipelines, APIs, and integrations) to fuel AI initiatives, leveraging expertise with Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar ecosystems.

  4. Partner with AI engineers to ensure seamless integration of data and AI solutions, driving business value and ROI through intelligent agents that can reason, act, and deliver results in enterprise workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong expertise in ETL/ELT, Python, SQL, data modeling, governance, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI models, LLMs, RAG pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and agent toolchains.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing AI-native architectures, including expertise with VISTA Framework.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
