Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence

We are seeking a visionary Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence to lead our AI strategy and drive innovation in matchmaking platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the AI roadmap, which powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models. They will also champion the integration of AI and LLM's to enhance developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.

This role requires a strong leader who can build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. The Senior Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to align AI innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.

  • AI/ML Strategy Leadership: Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
  • AI/ML Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A.I/Machine Learning Experience: Langchain, GPT APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Recommendation Systems, AutoML.
  • Data Science Skills: Real-time analytics, data pipelines, customer journey insights, churn prediction models.
  • Programming Languages: Python, R, or any other programming language for data science.
  • Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred.
