Portfolio Lead

About the Role:

This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Portfolio Lead to oversee and coordinate multiple related initiatives, projects, and programs within our organization. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and be proficient in program management tools and software.

  • The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Defining and managing the project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and leadership requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinating and overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and efficiently.
  • Establishing and monitoring project metrics according to the methodology used.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Ensuring project governance processes are followed and preparing regular project performance reports and dashboards for executive review.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Strong technical skills and experience in project management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Portfolio Lead or equivalent role would be beneficial. Additionally, skills such as team collaboration, stakeholder engagement, navigation, performance monitoring, communication, and problem-solving abilities are highly desirable.
