Strategic Academic Director

The institution seeks a visionary Strategic Academic Director to spearhead the development and implementation of industry-focused academic programs.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in higher education by mentoring students and faculty members, collaborating with industry partners to create experiential learning opportunities, and fostering a culture of academic rigor and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for academic program development that align with industry needs and priorities.
  • Mentor and guide students and faculty members in their academic pursuits, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with industry partners to facilitate collaborative research initiatives, internship opportunities, and other forms of experiential learning.

  • A strong track record of leadership and expertise in academia, with a proven ability to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Substantial experience in teaching, research, and academic administration, with a clear understanding of industry trends and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple sectors.
