Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have dynamic and changing responsibilities. These include posting open positions to job boards, understanding skill sets of candidates, and coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates.
- Organize and prioritize open roles, teams, clients, programs, candidate lists, and status updates for each candidate.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, hiring manager coordination, interview feedback gathering, candidate travel itineraries, and other recruiting efforts.
Key Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Administration, Recruiting, or Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational skills – project management is a plus
