Job Role: Sales Generation Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Generation Specialist to join our Inside Sales team at I Code Technologies Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for lead/opportunity generation, conducting calls and scheduling demos, and entering customer information in the database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and opportunities to support sales and marketing efforts
- Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and databases
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
