Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Associate to contribute to the growth and success of Sisco Jobs in the education industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development sales and client relationship management. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:
. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education industry
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
. Develop and implement strategies to expand the organization's market presence
. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients
. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
. Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions
. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
5 years of experience in business development sales or a related field
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of the education industry is a plus
