Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements to drive cost savings and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Development & Compliance
    • Develop, review, and update operational procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement (CI) & Project Management
    • Identify and execute CI projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization in procurement, logistics, and warehousing to reduce SCM cost spend.
    • Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to address root causes and drive measurable improvements.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Analyze and report on core supply chain KPIs, including lead time, OTIF, inventory turns, and supplier performance.
    • Build dashboards and advanced analytical reports using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant tools.
  • Procurement & Supplier Management
    • Support the procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials, ensuring quality compliance and supplier performance.
    • Drive vendor evaluation, qualification, and timely material availability at the site.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with QA, QC, Production, and Planning teams to ensure seamless batch scheduling and material flow.
    • Support audits with accurate documentation and supply chain evidence.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in pharmaceutical supply chain or similar regulated industry.
  • Education: B Tech/ B. Pharma or MBA (in Supply Chain Operations is a plus).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
  • Strong command of MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
  • Project management experience with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and analytics platforms (if any).
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
