Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the overall planning process (demand planning, supply planning, and distribution planning).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather forecasts for upcoming quarters.
  • Plan inventory at warehouse level based on forecasts and monitor stock levels.
  • Coordinate with packaging teams to plan and procure materials.

Requirements:

  • Ability to independently manage analytical tasks related to planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Experience in supply and distribution planning.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations.
  • 0–3 years of overall experience.
