Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle R12 SCM modules.

  • Design and configure Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP) plans to optimize supply chain processes, ensuring seamless integration with other business functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide solutions to meet business needs, driving process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Develop and customize reports, workflows, and interfaces using Oracle tools, streamlining data migration, integration, and validation activities for Oracle SCM modules.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to Oracle best practices.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle R12 SCM modules, including hands-on experience in implementing and supporting ASCP plans for demand and supply chain optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, BOM, and Work-in-Progress (WIP), as well as proficiency in Oracle development tools.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and integration capabilities, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud SCM or Oracle Fusion SCM is a plus, as well as knowledge of Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC).
  • Certification in Oracle SCM modules can be beneficial for career advancement.
