Strategic Demand Planner

We seek an experienced professional to drive accurate demand forecasting, optimize inventory levels, and execute seamless supply chain management.

  • Develop and maintain reliable demand forecasts utilizing statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings and foster consensus across business functions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to synchronize supply and demand.
  • Analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Leverage ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans.

This role is a key contributor to our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure demand plans align with strategic business objectives.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones
