Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Zoho Implementation Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be located in Jaipur and responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Zoho applications to meet business requirements.

You will configure workflows, automations, and dashboards for various departments, train internal teams on effective Zoho tool usage, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless integration of Zoho apps with existing software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and customize Zoho applications to meet business needs.
  • Configure workflows, automations, and dashboards for different departments.
  • Train internal teams on Zoho tool usage.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Ensure smooth integration of Zoho apps with existing software systems.
  • Recommend continuous improvements for business processes through Zoho tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing software solutions like Zoho and ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
  • Project management skills with the ability to lead software implementation projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
